1. Promotion Description

These Official Rules apply to giveaways offered by Safe in the Seat on Instagram (each, a “Giveaway”).

The start date, end date, closing time, prize details, entry requirements, number of winners, and any other giveaway-specific information will be stated in the Instagram caption for the applicable Giveaway (the “Giveaway Post”). The period beginning at the stated start time and ending at the stated closing time is referred to as the “Promotion Period.”

Entry in one Giveaway does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Giveaways are open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Employees of Safe in the Seat, participating giveaway partners, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.

All eligibility is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

By participating, each entrant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the requirements stated in the applicable Giveaway Post. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements contained in these Official Rules.

3. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit the @safeintheseat Instagram account and locate the applicable Giveaway Post.

To enter, complete the entry requirements stated in the Giveaway Post. Entry requirements may include following @safeintheseat and participating brand partner(s), liking the Giveaway Post, commenting as instructed, or tagging another Instagram user.

Unless otherwise stated in the Giveaway Post, limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period.

Entries submitted on another person’s behalf or through robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry-duplication methods may be disqualified.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that they meet the applicable eligibility requirements, agree to Instagram’s terms of use, and release Instagram from responsibility related to the Giveaway.

4. Prize(s)

The number of winner(s), prize(s), and applicable prize details will be identified in the Giveaway Post.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Safe in the Seat and/or the participating prize provider reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Each winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with receipt of a prize.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winner(s) will be contacted by Safe in the Seat through Instagram direct message or another method identified in the Giveaway Post.

Potential winner(s) may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

Failure to respond within 48 hours of notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Safe in the Seat is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to contact a potential winner, including messages that are missed, filtered, or otherwise not received.

6. Release and Publicity

By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless Safe in the Seat, participating giveaway partners and prize providers, Instagram, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, to the extent permitted by law.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize may constitute permission for Safe in the Seat and participating giveaway partners to use the winner’s name, likeness, and statements regarding the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. General Terms

Safe in the Seat is not responsible for technical failures, internet or platform outages, lost or delayed communications, or other technical issues that may affect an entrant’s ability to participate in a Giveaway.

Safe in the Seat reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or the requirements stated in the Giveaway Post, tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain entries through fraudulent or automated means, or otherwise interferes with the legitimate operation of a Giveaway.

Safe in the Seat reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate a Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or circumstances outside its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

If a Giveaway is terminated before the stated end date, Safe in the Seat may, if possible, select the winner(s) from eligible entries received before the Giveaway was terminated.

Safe in the Seat’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and administration of a Giveaway are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Sponsor

The Sponsor of each Giveaway is Safe in the Seat, unless another Sponsor or co-sponsor is identified in the applicable Giveaway Post.

9. Instagram Disclaimer

THIS GIVEAWAY IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM, UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE.
