A convertible car seat that can be used rear-facing and forward-facing

Seat is good for you if
You have a vehicle with non-removable headrests.
Vehicle headrests that tilt forward and/or are nonremovable can be tricky when a car seat is forward-facing. The Nuna Rava plays nice with headrests like these!
You want a car seat that is easy to install.
The Nuna Rava is easy to install thanks to Nuna's tension panel, found on the base. This mechanism tightens the seatbelt to help you get a tight installation effortlessly! If installing with the vehicle seatbelt, you’ll still need to lock the seatbelt as your final installation step — the tension panel doesn’t actually lock the belt for you. But this cool feature does make it super easy to get a rock-solid, tight installation every time!
Use caution if
You need to fit car seats 3 across in your vehicle.
This seat is 19″ wide. Most vehicles cannot accommodate a car seat this size in a three-across configuration.
You plan to use this seat from birth.
While the Nuna Rava is a great seat, it’s important to exercise caution if you intend to skip using an infant car seat. We recommend waiting until your child can sit unassisted before transitioning to this seat. The Rava only has one recline position for rear-facing, so it will not recline enough for a newborn in most vehicles.
