Swivel seats are novel and amazingly convenient. If you are interested in that feature, this user-friendly car seat just might be the right choice!
You want a seat with extra safety features.
Use Caution if:
You have a tall child.
You need to fit 3 across in a vehicle.
This seat is 18.5″ wide. Most vehicles cannot accommodate a car seat this size in a three-across configuration.
Quirks to be Aware of:
Insert Use
The infant insert and wedge are optional, but must be removed when the child is 11 pounds. The SIP insert must be used until the child is 40 pounds.
Harness and Crotch Pads
When the SIP insert is being used, you must also use the shoulder and crotch pads. When you remove the SIP insert, you need to remove these pads as well.
Top Tether
If you do not use the top tether in the rear and forward-facing modes, you will only be able to use recline position 1.
