Is the Callisto G 360 actually easier to install?
CYBEX likes to say it's as simple as "Tether, Route, Click and Go!" A tight installation isn't optional. But that doesn't mean getting one should require two adults, a knee in the seat, and several words you hope your toddler doesn't repeat. That's where the SafeLock Belt Tensioner comes in. The SafeLock™ One-Time Installation system is designed to secure the seat in seconds. There is only one belt path, so you can install it once with the seat belt and top tether, and you are good until you need the booster mode!
What do all of these safety features actually do?
The Linear Side-Impact Protection helps absorb impact forces before they reach the child. SensorSafe Smart Technology alerts caregivers of unsafe temperatures, if the chest clip is unbuckled, the child has been left in the vehicle or has been in the seat for too long without a break. How long can my child use it?
The Callisto G 360 grows with your child. There are three modes of use: rear-facing, forward-facing harness, and high-back booster. The seat features an adjustable headrest with multiple height positions to accommodate growing children. It has a very tall maximum harness height of 19". This convertible seat allows extended rear-facing use, until your child reaches 40 pounds or 43.3".
What will I notice using it every day?
For everyday convenience, there is a one-hand recline. Because no one has time to wrestle with buttons and levers. Magnetic harness holders keep harness straps out of the way when buckling your child in. In all 3 modes of use, you can turn the seat towards you to get the child in and out.
